About the project

The plots of land are located in the settlement of Ondřejov-Turkovice, registered with the Cadastral Office of the Central Bohemian Region, Cadastral Office of Prague - East, Property Certificate No. 1126 for the municipality of Ondřejov and the cadastral district of Turkovice u Ondřejova.
This village is known not only for the peaceful beauty of its nature, but above all for its astronomical observatory, which is part of the Astronomical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The historical center of the village has been a municipal monument area since 2003. About two kilometers west of Ondřejov there is an viewing platform with a beautiful view of the Benešovská pahorkatina (Benešov Hills).
